Shipping & Logistics Policy

Our standard delivery timeline depends on the product type and customization level:

• Standard Mirrors: 3-5 business days.
• Custom Cut Glass: 7-10 business days.
• Shower Partitions & Large Projects: 10-14 business days.

Note: Timelines may vary based on your location and specific order requirements.

Delivery is free on all orders. The extent of delivery depends on the product size:

• Portable products (mirrors, name plates, small décor items): Delivered directly to your door at no extra charge.
• Large products (shower partitions, large glass panels, railings): Gate delivery only. If you require the product to be brought inside or up to your floor, additional carrying charges will apply.

Note: Carrying charges for large products are communicated before delivery. No other delivery charges apply.

Glass is fragile, and we take its safety seriously:

• Professional Packaging: Every product is packed using specialized edge protectors, foam, and wooden crates where necessary.
• Specialized Vehicles: We use dedicated vehicles equipped with glass racks to prevent movement and vibration during transit.
• Trained Personnel: Only trained GlassQuick handlers manage the loading and unloading of your orders.
